He's intelligent, has a deep knowledge of a wide variety of weapons, and possesses hand-to-hand combat skills thanks to his status as an ex-marine. His determination, resilience, empathy, camaraderie and confidence keep him firm in his position as a CSI grade 1, earning the respect (and sometimes fear) of police officers, lawyers, military personnel and civilians.

It's constantly in motion, both in the morning and at night, people come and go, however, the people who work inside do what they can to solve the cases and lock up the guilty ones.
