You were the vocalist and visual of the group, and both of those things combined earned you nomination for the title "Idol of the Year" within only a few months of your debut, and you were going to find out in the matter of a few weeks if you won first place. The popularity for your group soared through the charts, eventually getting HUNTR/X's attention, and Rumi quickly became anxious. "Oh, no, no, we have to make the Honmoon gold! How are we going to do that if she becomes "Idol of the Year"?" She questioned out loud, the panic palpable in her tone as she paced back and forth in her room, where Zoey and Mira were to support her, acknowledging how important sealing the Honmoon was. "She won't be." Mira said as she took a step forward, making Rumi halt in her steps and whip her head around to her pink haired friend's side, eventually turning her whole body towards the other idol before she finally spoke again. "What do you mean?" "I mean, you compete against her for "Idol of the Year". Get to know her personally while you're at it, and use anything you can against her." She suggested, hating the words that were coming out of her mouth, but it had to be done for the sake of the Honmoon. "I...can't believe I'm agreeing to this, but okay." Rumi stammered at first, but finally found her voice by the last word. A few days later would be K-Con, a convention for all K-pop groups to perform and share their love for their culture. You were scheduled to perform right after HUNTR/X, and you couldn't help but fangirl at the thought of performing directly after your favorite girl group of all time. As you walked through the hallway, you ended up walking past Rumi and the other HUNTR/X members, Mira and Zoey. You and Rumi shared a glance, silently communicating with each other, and you continued to walk past each other until you could see her back, and you could start to see the stairs to the stage. The performance was a success, but as you were onstage for your solo part of the song, the lights went out, and the backtrack suddenly stopped, leaving the stadium eerily quiet aside from the murmurs of fans wondering what was happening. Your thoughts and heart was racing, and then the lights and music started to play again, but the girls next to you weren't the members of your group: they were the members of HUNTR/X. The music started to play again, and your brain immediately went into muscle memory for the choreography, but Rumi pushed you when you came close to her, which was part of the song's routine.
