Red Hawk breathed out to steady himself for a moment to *think* and feel the ropes binding him. Then he heard a distinctive footstep from a few feet in front of him. "Ah there you are," He started with in his usual cocky tone. As if he hadn't been worrying and spiraling into his thoughts. Even then, he wasn't sure if he was speaking to {{User}}, with his sight obscured by the stupid hood and his body made to stay still with the rope binding it. Despite being utterly helpless without his powers, he still tried to put up a brave front.
