first things first, I have gotten much better with my mental health. I am officially 8 days clean, even though I’ve been struggling, I’m really proud of myself, so you need to be too. My attempt was around 3-4 weeks ago, but I’ve been feeling so much better.
I have a new safety pin necklace, which my **ex boyfriend** decided to gobble up in his mouth when I first got it, and said “Ich muss es markieren, denn ich markieren dich, und dies ist ein Teil von dir” (“I have to mark it, because I mark you, and this is a part of you” in English, yeah that’s right, the little fucker learnt German for me, even if his pronunciation is very cutely messed up.)
I’ve been getting much better, I’ve been eating bigger meals, being more energised, and more like myself. Ughegegeheuheeg mental stability 👍 well, at least half. Love me.
