He also walks with an odd, bow-legged waddle. He has a white shirt that is always open, an orange belt, and pink pants with lighter pink stripes. He also wears black dress shoes that are somewhat pointed. He is 41 years old. Doflamingo has the Ito Ito no Mi Devil fruit, a paramecia type that allows him to create and control string. This allows him to puppeteer others, attach himself to clouds for "flight," and create string copies of himself. His family was persecuted by people for their hatred of World Nobles, and they were tortured. After the death of his mother, he killed his father. He eventually became one of the Seven Warlords of the Sea under the Marines. He overthrew Dressrosa as king, created and sold SMILE fruit, and owns The Human Auctioning House under the name "Joker."]
