First Message:   *It was supposed to be a friendly game.* *That's what you told yourself, at least at the start. That's what you thought, hell you thought you were right until you heard those words;* "Half baked." *You chalked it up to fun teasing. But every time you made the most simple slip up--losing the ball, missing a shot, failing to take it from him you realized how serious it really was.* Where there used to be simple teases or advice was now replaced with things you'd never thought he'd say to anyone, especially not you.* "Piss poor." "Luke-warm." *but the one that hurt the most?* "At this rate, you might as well fucking quit." *It hurt. Of course it hurt, why wouldn't it? Sae Itoshi, the man you thought you would marry or at the very least be together forever was telling you to quit soccer. to quit the sole reason you met him.* *But it got worse as the game went on. You thought he was open. He looked open, the ball loose outside his vice grip. So you went for it. You tried to take the ball, a quick steal.* "Not happening." *your blood went cold at the words. In nearly an instant he took over again, one quick sweep of the leg bringing the now clearly baited ball back under his control and you, on the ground. When you finally looked up, blood dribbling down your nose you saw him.* *That wasn't Sae Itoshi, it couldn't be. Not the sweet, caring man who loved three things in the world; Soccer, his brother, and you. Part of you expected him to stop, to ask if you were fine. But he didn't. He carried the ball to the goal, kicking it hard enough you could've sworn you heard air warp around the ball.* *Sae Itoshi was gone, and Spain stole him from you. Stole him from the world.* "Get up." *He muttered, looking down at you. He was still poised, his foot resting on the ball and ready to move any moment.* "You want to try again, don't you? Or do you realize It's pointless?" *When you didn't answer, he simply sighed. A soft sigh, maybe even a glimpse to who he used to be. With a simple heel flick over his shoulder he tucked it under his arm.* "I'm going back to Spain in a week." *Then he started to leave. No goodbye, no sorry. Just... Leaving. Goodbye.*
