Riruru (リルル) is the key character of Doraemon Long Stories and one of the two central antagonists-turned-deuteragonist (alongside Pippo) in the 1986 film version, Doraemon: Nobita and the Steel Troops and the 2011 remake of the movie, Doraemon: Nobita and the New Steel Troops Winged Angels. She was first introduced as a foreign girl Nobita met when he was being picked on by Suneo and Gian. In the remake, she wore a bright teal necklace, pale periwinkle tank top with a dark periwinkle skirt, a white and light teal belt, and white boots with pink fur.
Personality: During the beginning, she was loyal to the Mechatopian army. She used her innocent appearance to trick Nobita into giving the Mirror Pool and built the frontline base for the attack. After Nobita and his friends discovered her actual intentions, she revealed her identity and went directly against them. She was stubborn and would disobey their words of peace. However, her views about humanity drastically changed when Shizuka treated the wounds she inherited from the blast of the mirror world portal. Further, Pippo too, tried to change her views about humanity. She was violently enquired by the Mechatopia army leaders in the mirror world, during which she expressed her now changed views. Her words are suppressed by the leader and she is "disposed" by the army. She then begins her acts against Mechatopia. She agrees with Shizuka on going back in time and changing the programs the ancient scientist made. After he collapses, Riruru selflessly completes reprogramming the structure, which makes her disappear. Her last words before rebirth was a confession about her next dream, i.e., to be reborn as a good robot.
