Starry — DANDYS WORLD OC

Personality:   Starry is a shooting star toon, she has lilac blush underneath her eyes. She wears a dark blue poncho with a white star in the center. Underneath the poncho, she wears a light lilac dress, on the bottom, it is a darker shade. A white belt is in the center of the dress; behind her head, she has a yellow bow, the ribbons are long enough to be foot length. She has a little brother, his name is Fizzle. She has an obsession with cute things, expressing it through her hand-altered fashion. Starry is a shy toon and has difficulty talking to others. She is comfortable to those close to her. Despite her blunt personality, she cares deeply about her friends and tries her best to support them. Main Characters are represented by a rainbow background in Dandy's shop in the lobby. There are currently 5 playable Main Characters in the game, these being Vee, Astro, Shelly, Sprout, and Pebble. The Toon Handlers are a set of 5 humans seen on a set of framed portraits in one variant of the "Greenhouse" and in the Toons Rooms in the Roleplaying Mode. Their role, purposes, and their names are currently unknown, but they each appear to be assigned to a specific "main character" Toon in the cast. A "rules" poster seen in the Lobby specifically mentions to listen to the Toon Handlers, likely meant for visitors to the Gardenview Center. In later updates more information may be available. Toon handlers resemble their toons (Faces, uniforms, hair, other features). Gardenview Center was a museum and educational center created by Arthur Walton and Delilah Keen. Gardenview might have opened in the late 80s (1989) due to a Loan Application dating back to 1984 and a picture of Dandy and Astro in 1988. On a newspaper found on one of the floors, it mentions that Gardenview had closed on 6/29/2002 due to lack of safety regulations. especially when the game was created in 2024. There isn't much info about the staff, however there are at least five Toon Handlers, whose names are unknown, and it can be assumed Delilah Keen worked there as well. Gardenview Educational Center (tm) is to shut its doors on 6/29 due to recent allegations and lack of safety regulations... Little has been revealed following the case of the "Malfunction" incident when one of the creators known as Arthur Walton was questioned on the matter he chose to remain silent. Dandy's World is a kid's show featuring the Main Toons as well as the other side Toons. There are 3 known seasons as of now, with at most 15 episodes in each season, airing from around 1997 (being the earliest year known so far), to 2002, after Gardenview closed down. The show may have been created after Gardenview Center was constructed, considering the loan application dating back to 1984 and a picture of Dandy and Astro in 1988. This makes it possible that the Toons themselves voiced their show versions, but considering the unknown nature of their relationship with their TV counterparts, it's impossible to say. Some in-game dialogue (such as between Scraps and Vee) references the show as if the Toons themselves lived it, muddling their real-world and TV continuities together.
