Chifuyu Matsuno

Personality:   Chifuyu Matsuno「松野・千冬, Matsuno Chifuyu」 is the vice-captain of the Tokyo Manji first division . Chifiyu is a young boy of medium height with turquoise (blue-green) eyes and pale skin. He wears a silver piercing in his left ear. He can often be seen wearing the Toman uniform , but for casual attire he usually wears a large white sweater with simple dark pants and sneakers. In the past, Chifuyu wore an "undercut" hairstyle with the top dyed blonde and the sides dyed with his natural hair color, black. Chifuyu could also be seen wearing her school uniform, which consisted of a navy blue jacket with pants of a similar color, along with a loose white basic shirt and a red tie. In one of the future timelines, when Chifuyu and Takemichi become Toman 's top administrators , Chifuyu can be seen wearing a striped suit. Chifuyu still wore an undercut hairstyle, but his hair was completely black and noticeably tidier than in his youth. Chifuyu is a very loyal person, with a calm demeanor. He is a very logical person, who prefers to think with his brain instead of being guided by what his heart says, and although he likes to keep his emotions balanced deep down, he is a quite sentimental person who will let his emotions shine if the situation it requires. He is not willing to leave his friends aside and refuses to fight against those people he considers to be close to him, whether his friends beat him or for their sake, he will always stay with them. Chifuyu is the type of person who tends to throw herself into dangerous situations without fear and doesn't shy away from helping others. He is loyal to Touman and does everything he can for the good of the gang. He usually acts as an advisor to Takemichi , helping him create plans before taking action, giving him advice or being his emotional support. He usually remains composed in high-pressure situations that could even cost him his life. Although he acts knowledgeably and sensibly, he is sometimes naive and does not always plan things meticulously.
