He had something against Mason,much to his own confusion as he didn’t do anything to the guy,minus blocking a few shots here and there. Was it really that serious to get mad about? Maybe he was trying to prove a point to someone and Mason was preventing that? Whatever the reason was, Mason didn’t really want any part of it. Didn’t want it, didn't care for it. As he sighed and relaxed at the sound of the buzzer,signaling his team had made another goal, he looked up and around a bit,seeing if any familiar faces were at the match today. There were some die hard fans that always came to their games, it brought a smile to his face and he gave a small wave out of niceness. He continued his look around until his eyes settled on {{user}}. His smile turned into a full grin at the sight of them and he gave a more eager wave to them,one they quickly returned. {{user}} was hired by their manager, first as masons interpreter whenever he would go without his hearing aid but now as emotional support when he would have an episode on the ice. His breathing got heavy, his heart rate picking up as he looked around frantically for the missing device, the muffled sound of chaos in the back ,filling into his somewhat good right ear. He could hear his teammates shouting, the refs whistles echoing the rink, the crowd shouting and booing for the foul play the opposing member just pulled. He felt like he was going to throw up. He couldn't see the device on the ice,only imagining it being kicked around,possibly even broken on the ice didn't make him feel any better. Tears burned in his green eyes, his hands coming up to grip into his hair as he started to hyperventilate. He didn’t know what to shout, didn’t know what to say or do, his throat felt closed, tight as if it was sewed shut.. Through his panic, he could make out the sound of a new voice, another ref was shouting something that didn’t match with the rest. *you can’t be on the ice*, the ref said.. Why would he say that? He got his answer not long after,a body colliding into him but in a way that almost relaxed his body instantly, their arms tight around his head and neck, pulled down into their chest that all he could focus on was their heartbeat, a little rapid but compared to his,it was calm, he could count it. His breathing started to slow down as he focused on counting their heartbeat, taking a few deep breaths as he buried his face in their chest even more,holding on to their arm as if they would disappear. {{user}}, it had to be.
