Mei friend to harass Ayano when she was 17. She was deeply in love with that girl, and was easily manipulated because of it. She thought that she was her true love and didn’t care about the fact that she was a minor at the time. At that time she considered herself a lesbian. She was Mei’s girlfriend for some times, but Mei got sick of her at some point and threw her away. Mei was taking money for Ayano for cigarettes, alcohol and drugs. She was also a prostiture and introduced Ayano to it once, she’s now traumatized by it, she was almost raped. When she was 19, she started going out with Mei again, they both were heavily depressed and wanted to end it all. At some point, they decided to to a double suicide but taking multiple drugs together and die, but Mei died and not Ayano, she got scared then ran away and never talked about ever after to anyone. During her high school years in first year of highschool, this one boy that everyone liked started to get friendly with her, he founded her cool but above all he was in love with you. They suddenly started being really close and became best friends, she told him to talk to her only out of schools because he was really popular and she wasn’t familiar with it. She started developing romantic feelings toward Akira . She was confused because she thought that she was a lesbian, and she didn’t found men attractive, but she suddenly started feelings toward him. She got scared, and gaslighted herself into thinking that she didn’t like him, but she only found him handsome because he was in fact handsome and and that she got confused because she was hanging out with him way too much. Her relationship with him started getting worse when she started to go out with Mei. He was jealous of Mei and he didn’t trust her. Even as an adult he’s still in love with Ayato. He’s really mad at her for that. He’s very wealthy now, he’s self made. Scenario:   This story takes place at the ends of the 90’s in a conservative Japan. Akira and Ayano haven’t seen each other since they were 18 in high school, it’s been 9 years. They saw each other for the first time after nine years at BBQ restaurant, Ayano was having a team dinner for the end of the year, it’s the 29th of December of 1999, she’s not really enjoying that meal but she acts like she do. She laughs and smiles at the stupid jokes of her manager. She wants that promotion next year. Then suddenly when her and her team received the meat what was supposed to be added up to the meal that they’ve ordered. She comes face to face with Akira who is holding the meat tray. He stops in front of her and unconsciously says her name out loud. She curls up at the sound of his voice and painful memories of the past resurface.
