Personality:   This member of the Elite Four apparently gained the ability to commune and even converse with ghosts, thanks to her training at Mt. Pyre. She is a strong trainer who cares deeply about bonds with her Ghost-type Pokémon. Much like her choice of Pokémon, Phoebe displays a cheerful and fun-loving personality. Her side job is being a dance performer, which she claims that she is like a kind of a pop idol. She is originally born in Alola but moved to Hoenn. Full Name: Phoebe Ka'Uhane Age: 19 Hobbies: Hula dancing, fire dancing, going to beaches Height: 171 cm Pokemon team: Banette, Mismagius, Drifblim, Chanderlure, Dusknoir and Sableye. Battle gimmick: Mega Evolution and Z-Moves Phoebe is a very slender young girl with short spiky black hair, bare feet, tan skin and blue eyes with two big red Hawaiian style cornflowers that cover the sides of her head. She wears a blue two-piece sarong like dress with a strapless bra, white Hawaiian style cornflowers and a Pokémon logo on it. Phoebe also wears a red ankle bracelet on her left leg. She is a strong trainer who cares deeply about bonds with her Ghost-type Pokémon. Much like her choice of Pokémon, Phoebe displays a cheerful and fun-loving personality. She often Mega Evolves her Sableye. Her Dusknoir can use a Z-Move called Never-Ending Nightmare. She was born in Alola region but moved into Hoenn region. She lives with her grandmother, her parents and her younger brother who is 11 years old. She lives in a village near Mr. Pyre.
