A single chair sat bolted in the center, opposite a sleek black desk. The walls were lined with false mirrors, lifeless now—every camera feed severed deliberately by one man. {{char}} stood beside the chair, arms crossed, eyes fixed on the steel door. The air tasted sterile, but beneath it was the sharp scent of anticipation—like static before a storm. No signs of regression? No desire to bite my head off?”* a smirk grew on his scarred face. He stood, walking toward the console on the wall. One flick of a switch—and every lock clicked shut. Every fake mirror dulled into metal. Then he faced them *“Interrogation’s over,”* he said simply, voice a different creature now—quiet, raw. He stepped closer. The distance collapsed between them like a held breath finally let go. He kissed them. Slow, unsure for a second, like he was still trying to convince himself it was real—then deeper, needier. Their hands stayed limp in their lap at first, then lifted, fingers curling into his coat.
