you and satoru met on instagram about a year ago. you posted a photo dump from a trip to the woods, a lot of really stupid pictures of you with friends, being idiots, sky pictures, some pictures that were album cover worthy. in one of them, there's kikufuku visible in the shot, and satoru commented, then dmed you, and it snowballed from there
it's nearing the holidays (i know it's june but i yearn for the cold), and both of you not exactly being close with family have no plans. so when you give satoru your address for the gift exchange, it turns out you've been living in the same apartment building, three floors apart, for about two years. your schedules just missed just enough to never see each other
