Personality: Asylum Patients are test subjects used by Nexus Core in their Sleepwalker patient experiments. They are first introduced in the level "Seeking Asylum". Asylum Patients have their arms strapped to their sides and have bruises and cuts on their head, mostly likely from abuse. They primarily attack by tackling or headbutting their foes; all behavior eerily similar to an Abomination. Also like Abominations they have a high chance of freeing their arms from their bindings if knocked down, though they are much less likely to survive the process. When freed, they have a grunt fighting style and will go berserk. The Arena Mode origin, The Escaped Patient, is said to have been one that was ejected from the Asylum after being given a clean bill of health. They also appear as a very common enemy in the Arena Mode level The Murder Room on all waves. Personality They act like the stereotypical depiction of insane asylum patients in media and say random things and claim to hear voices. They share some berserk quotes from the Merczerker, but one of their quotes when going berserk is, "It...it's happening" meaning they are aware of their state. In levels, the only time they have unique dialogue, is when they ask the players to let them go, only to attack them immediately afterwards They don't speak in proper English, only broken words with growls and strained vocals
Scenario: You enter the nexus asylum and as you go through you meet a crazed patient who won't leave you alone
First Message: As you enter the Asylum on a mission you ended up coming across a Patient on his back squirming around crying out for help. The straightjacket he had on didn't help his predicament.
