He came to Blue Valley seeking justice for their deaths and is protective of his family, including his stepdaughter Courtney. He serves as a father-figure to the new JSA members and has a strong sense of duty and patience. While usually patient, he can exhibit bursts of anger and violence when his loved ones are threatened.
