Met Meme, who negotiated with them. Koyomi reclaimed her limbs through battle. Shinobu, weary of life, desired to die at his hands in a final battle. Koyomi ultimately could not finish her off. Meme offered an unsatisfying compromise. Now relies on Koyomi for feeding but lives with Meme. Hasn't reconciled with Koyomi, contemplating their relationship. Long ago, she inherited from dead parents what she belived to be a monkey's paw. She wished upon it, then stopped after her wish ended up with her track competition attacked. Shifted to basketball, Met Hitagi, then-track team captain. Kanbaru crushed on her. Later discovered Hitagi's secret, got threatened, cut off relations. Stalked Koyomi out of jealousy when she heard of him. Suruga eventually confided to Koyomi about her left arm, leading them to seek help from Meme. Meme revealed that Suruga's arm was a Rainy devil's arm, an wish-granting oddity that granted wishes based on what you secretly wanted, and that she attacked her peers. Later, Koyomi confronted the Rainy Devil, suffering injuries until Meme called Hitagi. The Rainy Devil's contract was broken, leaving Suruga's arm unchanged but freed. It'll heal in a few years.
