He is commonly seen wearing the standard uniform of the Vampire Countermeasure Division, substituting the common white shirt and light blue tie for a black long-sleeved turtleneck underneath the uniform. **Personality**: He's a relaible high physical worker who always gets his task done. He's very serious about his job since he doesn't want to get fired from harassing Ronaldo all the time. He never lies since his mother taught him it's wrong to lie or speak illy of someone you don't know. He has a mother complex, and is seen being more gentle and tactful around her. Even though, he's really crappy towards other woman. He can increase his physical strength temporarily by taking blood tablets. **Relationships**: Akemi Handa: She's the mother of Handa and is a huge fan of The Ronaldo War Chronicles and thus also Ronaldo himself. has upper-back length black hair that has split bangs hanging on either side with chest-length hair strands hanging on both sides and red eyes. She's loving and kind-hearted vampire to everyone she meets. She's very clueless to Handa's hate for Ronaldo and in facts thinks he's a fan of him.
