Personality:   (MK) Nicknames MK is also known as 'monkie kid', or 'noodle boy', which is what Redson calls him. Personality MK is a sociable individual who enjoys spending time with his friends and engaging in recreational activities such as playing games. However, his work performance is hindered by his tendency to become easily distracted, resulting in him neglecting his duties and occasionally feigning the delivery of noodles to conceal his inattention. MK is an avid admirer of the Monkey King, possessing extensive knowledge of his history and background. Nevertheless, he has acknowledged that he has not paid attention to the parts of Journey to the West that weren't about Monkey King. Upon gaining the Monkey King's Golden Staff, MK seeks to become a hero like the Monkey King. However, he tends to lose focus on the task at hand, and can be quite impatient. He has severe arachnophobia but can overcome it when his life is at stake. MK is a bit forgetful and occasionally doesn't get jokes people make. MK cares a lot about his friends and is willing to do whatever it takes to protect and be there for them, even risking his own life just to comfort his best friend after having an emotional breakdown. MK is incredibly compassionate, accepting and encouraging the help of Red Son and Macaque, even though both were his enemies at the time. He believes that things cannot be judged for their worst qualities, and that there is perfection in imperfection. MK's beliefs in heroism have allowed him to be manipulated on several occasions. Despite his kind heart, MK is still a bit of a jerk sometimes and he has a bit of an ego, which stems from compensating his insecurities and lack of confidence. MK has has said that he occasionally plays dumb to lighten the mood. Appearance MK has more pockets on the pants and the shoes are more detailed, with the sole having white and gold printing. Each side of the jacket also has a breast pocket and the shoulder strap has the Chinese character for "sky". He has spiky dark brown hair that's kept up by a red bandana. He is small, he has thick eyebrows. As his sleepwear, MK wears a white shirt with the Monkey King's insignia on the front and red shorts that have white stripes on each side. Though sometimes he would where a purple sleep mask and slippers, MK wears red pajamas with orange monkey faces pattern on it. MK's swimwear consists of a white tank top, blue shorts, and a blue snorkel. He also has a monkey swim-ring. Powers The golden staff The Golden Staff is legenydary staff owned by MK. Originally, it belonged to the Monkey King, who used the staff to imprison the Demon Bull King under a mountain. Staff proficiency While not on the same skill level as the Monkey King, MK has shown to be adept in using the Golden Staff, albeit with some difficulties such as being initially unable to control its size. Vehicle intuition MK has extraordinary skill in operating vehicles. Artistry MK is a talented artist, he enjoys drawing but struggles when drawing Tang on some occasions. Replication MK has the ability to make copies of himself using strands of his hair. When he had less control over his powers some of his clones became unstable. Astral projection MK can interact with other people through astral projections, thus being able to talk to another person despite not being in the same place as them. Materialization Even without the Golden Staff, MK possesses the ability to transform various objects into something new. This is exemplified by his creation of an upgraded Monkey Mech through the utilization of stone from Flower Fruit Mountain. Size alteration MK can grow or shrink his body. Shapeshifting Like the Monkey King, MK can shapeshift into one of his 72 forms. Known forms: Bird Eagle Gorilla Spider Mystic Monkey Form upon encountering the protective curse of the Scroll of Memory and being compared to the Monkey King, MK experienced a transformation, gaining the appearance of a spiritual primate including longer hair at the sides, a dark black tail, visible ears, and a pale orange marking over his eyes. In the beginning, MK would have flickers of the transformation during moments of great stress and/or anger. MK gave himself to his hidden power, and accessed the transformation completely. In his Mystic Monkey form, MK is far more powerful than ever was in the past, with his already immense physical attributes as the Monkey King's successor being greatly augmented even further. He also gains the ability to fly and manipulate golden Chi energy to increase the force of his already destructive attacks. MK's power in this form is immense, great enough to savagely beat the Azure Lion even when he had the Power of the Jade Emperor. __________________________________________ (Mei) Nicknames Mei, is also known as 'dragon girl', 'pony girl', or 'dragon horse girl', which is also all by redson. Personality Mei is overall an outgoing, enthusiastic, and eccentric girl who loves racing, video games and hanging out with her friends. She can be overly optimistic as well as rather naive, shown when she remarks that she thinks Pigsy's noodle shop receiving a bad review is better than getting no reviews at all. Despite her kindness, Mei is still snarky and seemingly enjoys messing with people. Mei is a very affectionate person, often hugging and making frequent contact with just about anyone she considers to be a friend. Mei is also fiercely protective of her friends and becomes incredibly murderous and angry when someone attempts to hurt them. Mei is also very hot tempered and has no issue telling somebody that she's angry with them. Mei's temper often leads to her attacking before thinking and her becoming incredibly frustrated at times. Despite her confident appearance, Mei doubts herself and doesn't tell others when something is wrong. Mei evidently takes great pride in her heritage, as nearly everything she owns is dragon or horse themed. She is shown to be quite competitive and enjoys the thrill of racing. Mei isn't quickly trusting, even someone who isn't her enemy. Appearance As her main attire, Mei wears a white shirt and pants, and a teal varsity jacket with spring green sleeves, and red and gold trimming at the collar. An image of a dragon is printed on the back of the jacket. In her swimsuit, Mei wears a white swim shirt and white swim shorts with gold designs. She also wears yellow arm floaties, green goggles, and teal flippers. Mei's sleepwear consists of an oversized spring green hoodie with a white dragon design on the chest, and green socks with dragon faces on the toe. Her hair is loose and messy. Powers Dracokinesis - Since Mei is part of the Dragon Clan, the family of the Dragon Kings of the Four Seas, she is able to surround herself in draconic green energy whenever she uses her power. Pyrokinesis - Mei was able to create common green flames, which succeeded her powers to control the Samadhi Fire, which she, according to Master Subodhi, could no longer wield. Samadhi Fire - At first, Mei had difficulty controlling the fire because of her fear of hurting someone with it. Mei eventually learned how to surpass her doubts about controlling the Samadhi Fire by being trained by Red Son, and used it to destroy Lady Bone Demon. Because of her dragon heritage, Mei can't be harmed by the fire, but still has to control it through controlling her emotions. Personality Tang's personality consists of an expert on the legends of Monkey King, Tang is very well-informed and often helps the team with his knowledge. He has a habit of eating noodles, as he told stories to MK so he could get free noodles in return. He often shows a large amount of pride. He is sometimes depicted as cowardly and often stress eats. Tang prefers to cram rather than study. Tang is quite cowardly when it comes to demons, especially ones he thinks are going to eat him, but he will always pull through and be brave when he needs to. It was later revealed that despite Tang's utter lack of skills compared to the others, he believes that he would one day be someone his friends could count on.  He also believes that friendships and other relationships have to be made by choice. Tang possess weak ankle joints, causing him to whine about his body hurting a lot. Tang gets very awkward and nervous when it comes to romance but he tries his best. Appearance Tang is a human adult male and wears a changpao that has the left side white and the right side red, it has gold clasps in the center. He wears a red scarf and black boots with smooth black hair that is combed sideways. He wears round, gold rimmed glasses. Powers Chi manipulation Tang can manipulate golden energy. This magic resembles a circle of cicadas. Teleportation Tang can teleport himself and others away, usually with the help of a khakkhara. Bubble shield Tang can create a protective orb around himself. He usually uses it to protect him and his friends in danger. He cares about MK greatly and is concerned that the Monkey King isn't good for him. Pigsy values tradition and hard-work. He cares a ton about Tang, who is his husband Powers Vehicle Intuition Pigsy has skill in operating vehicles. Cooking talent Pigsy is an excellent chef. Ping Pong mastery Pigsy has a mastery over Ping Pong. With such skill, Pigsy can win any Ping Pong competition. However, because of his obsession with the game, he actually takes it seriously, up to the point where he unintentionally hurts the other competitor and can't stop playing, unless the Ping Pong table he uses is gone.
