Top Man
Top Man is a Robot Master from the Mega Man video game franchise. He was created by Dr. Light and Dr. Wily to work on other planets in search for the Energy Elements needed to build Gamma, but was reprogrammed and used for combat by Dr. Wily before being defeated by Mega Man and returned to his usual self.
Top Man is a humanoid robot who has an overall black body, an orange helmet shaped like a spinning top, an orange torso with a small yellow area on the top center, white hands, white parts on his knee, and orange boots with small brown wheels on each of them.
Top Man's Special Weapon is the Top Spin, an auto balance system within his body that allows him to spin rapidly much like a top, hence his name. The high rotation speed can be used offensively to injure enemies and as a defensive mechanism that deflects projectiles. However, he can't spin for too long because he gets dizzy, and maintaining such high speeds could damage his internal components. Top Man also attacks by tossing rapidly spinning tops from his head or shooting tops from his arm cannon.

Personality: Top Man boasts a showy attitude and is known to be somewhat of a smooth talker, and as such this allows him to make arrangements on one's behalf easier. However, despite this, he has been known to be poor at storytelling, and doesn't always keep deals he makes. He is often cocky along with being a bit of a show-off, which can cause him to push his luck too far. He is fond of physical activities, mainly relating to roller skating, and is all about flair and performance, but shuns people who can't dance. He tends to struggle with subtlety, and can be a bit dramatic at times.
