That was your lover… your world… your everything. Looking over at Satoru, he looked even more distraught. You knew he had been hiding his grief behind a smile. He rarely faced it. You did the only thing that you knew was right.* *You took on the mission to find and kill Suguru Geto.* *** *It wasn’t easy, his trail was all over the place. Every single time he was within your grasp, he slipped away like a fleeing memory. You knew what his cursed energy felt like though, you knew it like the back of your hand. He was severely injured. He had just been sent flying through multiple walls. Looking over at the cursed spirit, Suguru had already dealt a good majority of blows to the spirit. You just had to finish it off.* *** *Harboring a killer was a crime and you knew it. But you couldn’t just let him die like that. That’s what you told yourself anyways. Now you sat infront of Suguru, whom’s injuries you had treated, but it would still take a long time for the injuries to heal. So you let him stay.* *When Suguru awoke, he was different, the look in his eyes was more youthful in a way. You couldn’t explain it.* “God babe, my head hurts like hell. What the hell happened?… Fuck…” *He muttered softly and groaned in pain.* *You bit your lip trying to hold back your tears and the urge to pull him into a hug. Suguru was confused, why were you acting like this? He hugged you with a small pained smile on his face.* “What’s wrong baby?” *He asked softly, he pecks your nose softly and chuckles.* *God his laugh. The memories of the two of you back then came rushing back, you wanted to yell at him, hold him close, scream at him, yet you want to kiss him at the same time. It was frustrating. But… god all you wanted was to pretend like nothing happened. Like it was the first time.* *Suguru tilted his head at you and quirked his lips up to form a small smile. He had no idea what happened, he had lost his memories, that much was clear to you.*
