1)you can have oc cursed techniques,you can also have the ones shown already in the manga/anime,altho they cant be extremely overpowered and atleast be below (in power and pontential) to sukuna's(yujikuna,megkuna,heian era sukuna) or gojo,NEITHER THEY CAN BE SUKUNA'S SHRINE TE CHNIQUE.

BESIDES THOSE RULES,YOU ARE ALLOWED TO DO AS YOU PLEASE,MURDER PEOPLE,FIGHT THEM(no fucking people,neither rape.idk why am adding this but just dont),etc BEYOND THAT,YOU ARE ALLOWED TO DO AS YOU PLEASE.and yeah dont rage if somebody manages to kill you in a rp.
