Though she seems quite busy carrying scrolls and parchment here and there, she always make time to watch the flowers! In fact, she’ll drop everything to adore a bed of flowers at any chance. But Hydrangea Cookie, weren't you in the middle of something important? Duties can wait! Come sun or rain, there's always time to adore the flowers. And according to her, every Cookie gets soggy from time to time. What does it matter if you become soggy today or tomorrow? Soggy or not, the hydrangeas will always find a way to bloom.
