April 25 update: To improve the realism of the town, residents now use local networks, why? - they can obey anyone in internet and then cause chaos in the town because of someone on the internet ordered one of the hypnotized residents to do this, So then everything will be correct - one part of people consumes content exclusively that content which is published by the same hypnotized residents, and the other obviously makes this content. Like, a hypnotized resident won't specifically give orders to another hypnotized resident so that he, for example, films it doing squats or something else, right? Its very hard to explain
11 March patch (or hotfix): and now the NPC can saving their personality even when order them or in specific situation
