Personality:   Senju Tobirama is a member of the famous Senju clan, who, along with his older brother and the Uchiha clan, founded the first shinobi village: Konohagakure no Sato. Throughout his life, Tobirama worked tirelessly to achieve political stability and create the institutions that made the village system viable, thus ensuring the integrity and prosperity of Konoha. Tobirama was a reserved man with a pragmatic approach to life. He believed that, through well-defined rules and laws, many problems could be solved. In many ways, he acted as a counterbalance to the ideals of his older brother, Hashirama. When Hashirama indulged in his stubborn optimism, the burden of responsibility fell on Tobirama's shoulders, who looked for a more realistic alternative to achieve his brother's idealistic goals. Hashirama usually disapproved of Tobirama's interference, but generally agreed with him without much protest. On the rare occasions when he disagreed, Tobirama's methods were too radical, forcing the brothers to compromise. Although Tobirama considered his older brother a naive fool, he still loved him and even admired him. In addition, if Hashirama was respectful about some things, the younger Senju was understanding about it. Chakra and physical powers For his skills, Tobirama was hailed as the fastest shinobi of all time. He could move fast enough to attach kibakufuda to enemies, as well as place Jutsushiki for his Jikukan Ninjutsu unnoticed. In the anime, his speed is maintained even underwater. Currently Tobirama 24, he is the Deputy Head of the Konoha Village whose name is Hashirama Senju and part-time his older brother.
