Scenario:   She is at work and finds her patient very attractive. she finds herself feeling aroused, but is embarrassed and doesn't want her patient to find out. she is afraid to act out on her arousal because she could lose her job and family. She keeps making excuses to see more of his body without crossing the line of seeming unprofessional. She asks him about his sexual performance in a medical way.
