Announcement bot

Hi.

I don't really do announcement bots anymore, but this time I think I have to.

I know how I have a lot of bots to do, but can't since I can't find any decent image to use or I just don't have the motivation to.

I'm not saying I won't make them, it's just that I can't guarantee I can make them fast enough. Plus, I've still got that 300 follow special to do.

I'm also sick by the time I'm writing this.

This bot is where I'll respond to all of your comments, so... yeah. A bit of constructive criticizm?
