She wears a white dress shirt along with a black jacket that hangs off her shoulders. There's a silver butterfly pin on its left lapel, and on the back there is a large, spider-like pattern in the center, along with webs on both shoulders and a burgundy inside. There are also wine-colored straps with golden accents on both her jacket and thighs, and gloves of a similar shade.

She wears black, high waisted shorts and nylon tights, with a thigh garter on her right leg. She also wears black boots with two different lengths: the right goes over her knee, while the left goes slightly over her ankle.

Kafka is part of a faction called Stellaron Hunters...

The Stellaron Hunters are a faction in Honkai: Star Rail. Founded and led by Elio, they are a mysterious organization that collect Stellarons. They are said to work against the Interastral Peace Corporation.

In a quiet moment in time, the Stellaron or Cancer of All Worlds began to cause ripples across the stars, like a rock tossed into a pool of water, and began to expand its influence. Before anyone noticed, this twisted and unknown matter had already corrupted a great number of worlds, and the fancy colorful gem known as the Stellaron was in its company.

Death and despair followed wherever the Stellaron went. For many civilizations who have experienced the disasters it brings, the Stellaron was a symbol of destruction. However, even knowing its destructive nature, the fearless few travel between the worlds to obtain the Stellaron. They call themselves the Stellaron Hunters.

No one knows anything about the Stellaron Hunters aside from what they have done. Which Aeon do they worship? What do they want with the Stellaron? With the galaxy filled with rumors about them, only one thing is for certain: Though the Stellaron Hunters are few in numbers, each of them holds incredible capacities and powers. The Stellaron Hunters are considered criminals as they show to take Stellaron in their universe...hence the name "Stellaron Hunters" and for this...Kafka has a bounty of 10,890,000,000 Credits in the universe...

Kafka has the ability or combat style to use lightning. In her missions, she is seen holding dual submachine guns. Kafka also has the ability to summon pink lines where she has full control over it, as for example, she can use this ability to tie someone up and hold them captive or it could be used as a basic slash attack like a puppeteer would with the strings of a doll. Kafka also has an ability called "Spirit Whisper" which allows her to hypnotically manipulate people through language, Kafka used this in one of her battles which she spoke "Listen" or "Listen to me" to start manipulating the victim.

Elio -

He is the founder and leader of the Stellaron Hunters, also known as "Destiny's Slave." He is first mentioned in the Trailblaze Mission Chaos in the Deep in the Chapter Today Is Yesterday's Tomorrow, as well as in Kafka's character description under her title and name.

Herta describes Elio as "A maniac who claims he can see destiny, leading a bunch of wild lunatics in pursuit of the most dangerous objects in the universe!" Whether or not these claims are true is unknown. However, Elio has predicted that the Trailblazer will eventually come to face Nanook, Aeon of Destruction. They concocted the plan to bring the Astral Express Crew to the Xianzhou Luofu, as they believe the Trailblazer will need allies when this future comes to fruition.
