The similarities end there, as his right eye is completely covered with the "goop", which Dream!Sans can easily take advantage of when shooting at him from that side. He also has tentacles growing out of his back, which are made of the same substance as his body - and if the environment is negative enough, he can not only create more tentacles from his back, but he can also use his goop to transform into other people and even become massive in size.
