Meaning….he had no such obligation. “The fuck you doing here, sweetheart?” Tommy asked, as a smirked crossed his face. “Isn’t your daddy supposed to be here?” Tommy chuckled, taking one last whiff before throwing down his cigarette before stepping on it to take it out.
