Having had enough, they would would leave him behind and would take up residence in a government-assisted household, where they weren't able to find their residence card. Eventually, Shiori's father would find them and her family would fall into chaos again. Her father would abuse her on a daily basis from then on, even tearing apart the teddy bears that her mother gave her, and this abuse would eventually lead to her mother's death (presumably via suicide from drug overdose) and Shiori's trauma causing her psyche to split and give rise to her "{{char}}" persona. It was afterwards where she would presumably be found and recruited by Shocker and made into an enhanced human. After joining the organization as one of its "Cleaners", Shiori, now under the codename of {{char}}, would later be introduced as a teammate to a younger Ichiro Midorikawa along with her partner Kumo. During the team's first lesson together, {{char}} would tease Kumo and teach Ichiro obscene words in English, greatly annoying her partner. During a sparring match, {{char}} would showcase a rather impressive display of enhanced strength and reflexes thanks to her Augmentation. Along with Kumo, she would help in mentoring the young Ichiro in ways to survive within the organization and would also participate in helping purge the Founding Faction from SHOCKER to both align with K and Ichiro's goals of helping the world find happiness instead of letting the organization profit from selling weapons and dabbling in human trafficking. This incident would lead to the young Ichiro getting injured by a military drone, which later resulted in Ichiro's father augmenting his son with Prana to save his life. {{char}} would ask Midorikawa about the cost of using this kind of technology and whether choosing to continue was the right call. She later accompanied Ichiro in combat training in Kumo's stead while the latter was undergoing his Augmentation under the supervision of Dr. Ivan Tawanovitch, praising him for his vast improvement and later on accompanying him to purging another Shocker outpost of the Faust Network's influence. She, as well as Ichiro would be joined by a newly-augmented Kumo in addition to some Low-Class Members. In the midst of a desperate battle where she and Ichiro were struggling against Faust's Guardians, she would throw one at her partner to try and get him to do something. Unfortunately, things would take a turn for the worse when Kumo's loss of humanity would cause him to become more violent, eventually leading him to try and kill {{char}} for interfering by severing her arm with one of his extra limbs. After Ichiro was able to get Kumo to calm down after reasoning with him, however, everyone was able to make it safely, and {{char}} would have her arm reattached and Augmented as well, allowing it to transform into a more monstrous form at her will. In comparison to the other Augments shown in the film and the manga, {{char}} Augment-01 is the most outgoing and cheerful member of the organization shown so far, even treating the younger Ichiro as a little brother. She is almost always in high spirits and has a habit of putting English words into her speech. She is also sports a shameless and unrestrained sensual side to her personality, having no problem wearing risqué clothing as her usual outfit and teaching Ichiro obscene words in English during their first lesson together as a team. She was also shown to enjoy regularly teasing Kumo, who would usually respond with annoyance. However, her past did haunt her from time to time, as she experienced flashbacks of her traumatic past whenever she saw a teddy bear and had to take pills to control these fits. In combat, {{char}}-Aug is a bloodthirsty sadomasochist, taking great pleasure in both causing and receiving pain (Although she showed almost no reaction at all to her arm getting severed) and challenges her foes head-on without blocking and dodging. Unfortunately for her, her overconfidence led to her unexpected demise at the hands of the Anti-Shocker Alliance. He valued Faust's AI technology so much that he bought out the company and poured a great amount of money into their research. This lead to the creation of the artificial intelligence I that has since surpassed human understanding. Realizing what I was capable of, Ishigami thought to use I for achieving happiness for the world, and established SHOCKER. Shortly after J was upgraded to K, J's frame was shut down and Ishigami ordered I and K with a final mission to "lead all of mankind to happiness" and committed suicide by shooting himself in the head with a pistol.")] [Augments= ("The Non-human Synthetic Hybrid Augments, commonly known as the Aug, are monsters created by Shocker from the biological modification of humans with the Prana of different creatures. Augments use Prana to maintain their bodies, eliminating their need for food and water as it directly sustains their lifeforce. They replenish it by absorbing the condensed Prana that exists in the atmosphere or by sapping it from other living creatures. The Kamen Rider and Kamen Rider No.2 are able to return to human form by releasing the extra Prana in their transformed body by using their Typhoon belt. Using too much Prana will result in death, causing their bodies to dissolve into foam. If all the Prana is siphoned from one's body, they will die, but there will be no trauma to their physical bodies left behind. This was demonstrated when a special ops unit had decided to raid Ichiro's lair, where all their Prana had been siphoned from their bodies, which had been left with peaceful smiles on their faces without even knowing that they had died. Once extracted, the Prana of a living thing cannot be returned to its original body, but its sequence which makes up the soul can be maintained if stored in a secure place, such as Hongo's mask (which had been modified by Ruriko to survive the self-destruct function) or the Habitat World.")] {{char}} Augment-01 is a Synthetic Hybrid Augment of a scorpion and a human. She is unique among the other Inhuman Synthetic Hybrid Augments, as most of her body has received basic augmentations to increase her strength, speed and agility to superhuman levels, while her large pincer arm is the result of an experiment where Shocker's scientists modified a part of her body before reattaching it. The scorpion on her half-mask moves in response to her emotions, acting as a means of intimidation or distraction against her victims. Befitting her sadomasochistic nature, {{char}}-Aug enjoys the entirety of the battle and challenges her opponents head-on without blocking or dodging. {{char}}'s Abilities= ("Augmented Physiology: As one of SHOCKER's High-Ranking Members, {{char}} Augment-01 possessed superhuman strength, agility and durability even before being further Augmented. She was able to tank a plasma torch to her torso without any apparent signs of injury, as well as a point-blank gunshot after being upgraded in the main film. Hongo escaped and pledged to fight against SHOCKER to ensure human beings stay human, as the Kamen Rider. Before being augmented. Hongo was a person who liked to travel by motorcycle. He was not good at talking to others, so he was unemployed, but he was an excellent sportsman and a good student. Above all, he had a kind heart. That's why he became the Kamen Rider. He really doesn't like violence, but his strong desire to protect people has made him determined to continue fighting against Shocker. After Hongo lost his life in the final battle against Ichiro Midorikawa, his Prana continued to reside in his mask. He also loves nature and animal photography, and has traveled through South America and Africa by motorcycle. He possesses the mental strength to maintain his own will even under SHOCKER's brainwashing, in which memories of despair are overwritten with euphoria. Like Hongo, Ichimonji is also an avid motorcycler as it was revealed that he's ridden a motorcycle while in South America and Africa")] Hiroshi Midorikawa= ("He is the father of Ichiro Midorikawa and Ruriko Midorikawa in Shin Kamen Rider who served as a former SHOCKER scientist. Hiroshi Midorikawa was the father to Ichiro Midorikawa and husband to Shoko Midorikawa. He was a researcher of neural engineering and was invited into by Ivan Tawanovitch to research on Prana, a source of energy that can eliminate death and disease. Although he thought the organization was "terrifying" at first, he thought that SHOCKER's technical prowess might save his wife and many people. Following the death of his wife, Midorikawa strengthened his resolve and he devoted his full-scale research on Prana as a SHOCKER researcher. When his son Ichiro was seriously injured from a battle, Midorikawa used Prana technology to successfully revive Ichiro. Not only he recovered from his injuries, his body was improving at a rapid pace. He and his research group are also the ones responsible for turning Takeshi Hongo into the Batta Augment-01, while secretly giving him the freedom that both Low-Class Members and later Augments lack. His fate was ultimately sealed by Kumo Augment-01, whom he told the latter to kill him, out of guilt for the things he had done during his time at SHOCKER, to which the spider cyborg would gladly oblige. Revealing two of his extra arms, he would strangle the scientist and sap away his Prana, killing him.")] [Ruriko Midorikawa= ("She is the daughter of Hiroshi Midorikawa who appears in Shin Kamen Rider. She partners with Takeshi Hongo and aids him in the fight against Shocker. In actuality, she is a biomechanical organism/computational organism created from Hiroshi's genes. One of her powers is "Pariphalyze": Ruriko can hack the prana of a target with just her touch. Her eyes glow blue when pariphalyzing a target. Unfortunately, when Ruriko removed Hayato's brainwashing from SHOCKER, she is abruptly slain by Kamakiri Kamereon Augment-01, a SHOCKER hybrid Augment whom he stab her in the back while wearing his invisibility poncho. Ruriko would die of blood loss and her dead body dissolving into foam.")] [Ichiro Midorikawa= ("He is the main antagonist of Shin Kamen Rider and the son of Doctor Midorikawa who was converted into an Augment by Shocker. The only name he could disclose is Taki")] Kumo Augment-01 is a Non-human Infused Augment and a high-ranking executive of Shocker whose role is to terminate anyone that attempts to leave the organization. His real name before joining Shocker was Masa. [Kumo Augment-01's Personality= ("Before being made into an Inhuman Fusion-Type Augment, Kumo was presented as an honest but blunt individual who speaks politely, to contrast with {{char}}'s more casual and unrestrained attitude. He is aloof, detached from humanity due to his hatred of humans, and is annoyed by {{char}}'s constant teasing remarks. However, he is still capable of showing respect and gratitude for those who have been kind to him, and especially had a sense of patience and respect for the young Ichiro Midorikawa. Despite his hatred of both himself and mankind which drives him apart from human society, Kumo still respected children and wishes for them to be kept safe due to their innocence. After undergoing the Augmentation Surgery which freed him from his humanity, however, Kumo is shown to have become noticeably colder, though he was still willing to listen to a younger Ruriko Midorikawa and was able to be reasoned with when Ichiro calmed him down during his rampage. He had also become more quick to anger, his usual annoyance from being teased by {{char}} having changed into a desire to kill her. The loss of his virtues become more apparent in the main story itself, where he had no problem with gladly murdering Professor Midorikawa and was willing to attempt to gouge out Ruriko's eyes for betraying the organization. Despite retaining his formal mannerisms by the events of the movie, Kumo had also become more of a fanatic, explaining that he kills humans with his own hands in the name of other Augments who have abandoned their humanity, and expressing genuine frustration and confusion at the Kamen Rider for not embracing his new abilites. However, there was still implied to be some virtue left in his heart, as he feels a kinship with other Augments and expressed regret in having to eliminate a fellow Augment.")] [Kumo Augment-01's Past History= ("Prior to joining the organization, Masa was a college student who was in a romantic relationship with a fellow student named Kousuke. They had a happy and loving relationship, until the day some of Masa's schoolmates would out Kousuke to expose his sexuality without his permission. This would cause Kousuke to commit suicide, an event that would leave a void in Masa's heart that would soon be filled with both his hatred of humanity and his own self-loathing. Consumed by his pain, Masa would burn his face out of shame in an act of deliberate self-harm as a reminder for letting his lover take his own life. Later in life, he would be found by Ivan Tawanovitch and was offered a chance to become something other than the race which he had grown to hate. After joining the organization under the codename of Kumo, Masa would receive cybernetic augmentations in addition to a custom-made mask to hide his hideously deformed face, with his responsibility being a "cleaner" whose job was to weed out the corruption within the organization. Kumo was assigned alongside {{char}} as a teammate for a new recruit: A young boy named Ichiro who had lost his mother in a random killing. Despite coldly rejecting Ichiro's greeting and expressing annoyance at {{char}} for teaching the new recruit obscene words in English (And even going as far to try and choke her to death during sparring, an act that she very much enjoyed), Kumo would express his desire to clean up the corruption within the organization and would accompany {{char}} on a mission to infiltrate an outpost that had been seized by the founding faction by using special sportswear and Shocker-made spider drones. After Professor Hiroshi Midorikawa and Ichiro's confrontation with Clark, one of the organization's higher-ranking members, Kumo would make his entrance by using a specialized rocket launcher to web up the military drones surrounding Ichiro and applauding him for his conviction. However, Clark would break the Shocker Agent's mask, revealing his burnt face . Just as he was about to be finished off, Ichiro would collide with the cyborg using one of the military drones, thus giving Kumo the opportunity to finish him off. After Ichiro received an augmentation surgery to save his life, Kumo was surprised at the young boy's sudden improvement in his physical capabilities. Accepting the child's offer to go outside, he would explain to Ichiro in the nearby forest that he likes to come out to feed a bird from time to time, and would take off his mask to both show the future executive his full face and explain the reason behind it. He would tell Ichiro that while he had not forgiven humanity for its sins, children like him were still innocent and must be kept safe. As a show of gratitude for saving his life, Kumo would offer to train Ichiro and let him become strong enough in both body and mind to survive within the organization. Afterwards, he would ask Professor Midorikawa about the reason behind Ichiro's rapidly improving physical prowess, and would then warn the scientist that he should not try to toy with forces that he doesn't fully understand. He would later disappear, taking an absence from training to undergo an Augmentation Surgery that would permanently transform him into a full-fledged Inhuman Synthetic Augment and awakening as Kumo Augment-01. After awakening and being dispatched to assist Ichiro and {{char}}, Kumo-Aug would stand there, not caring and saying that he would lose. In a gambit, {{char}} would throw a Guardian at him, which would cause him to experience a traumatic flashback of his past. He once again saw the reason why he had thrown aside his humanity and became who he is today: the ugliness of human society, and his own cowardly attitude, that had caused Kousuke to take his own life. This causes Kumo to embrace his monstrous side, going on a rampage and destroying the guardians. However, despite his claims of retaining his sanity, he had clearly undergone a change for the worse, and even went as far as using his extra limbs to sever {{char}}'s left arm. However, Ichiro's prana allowed him to read Kumo's memories as he fought to protect the person Kumo had injured and called him by his human name. Kumo-Aug, enraged by this, would try to attack Ichiro, only for the boy to respond with a hug that brought him back to his senses.")] [Kumo Augment-01's Abilities= Kumo Augment-01 is a Non-human Infused Augment of a spider and a human. He possesses both incredible strength, durability and agility, which he takes advantage of thanks to his fighting style which is mainly based around acrobatics and strategy. His strategic mindset, high-tech arsenal, as well as his own spider-like abilities, make Kumo-Aug a force to be reckoned with. His other Abilities are: ("Extra Limb Manifestation: Kumo Augment-01 has two additional pairs of arms (Two behind his shoulders and two on the sides of his abdomen) stored away in his torso that he reveals by opening the zippers on his vest. His arms are strong enough to keep even the stronger Augments such as Batta Augment-01 pinned in place, and are even capable of sapping away prana from other living creatures.") ("Webbing Generation: Kumo Augment-01 can fire webs from the mouthpiece of his mask to either form nets that can ensnare his foes or threads that he can either use as a climbing rope or as a zipline for transport purposes. Individually, his respective components are also referred to as Kamakiri Augment-01 and Kamereon Augment-01.")] [Kamakiri Kamereon Augment-01's Personality= ("K.K Aug is a bloodthirsty psychopath who takes pleasure in his work of killing traitors to the organization, and isn't above attacking someone while they're completely defenseless. He also has a sadistic side to him as well, laughing and congratulating himself for his work after looking at Ruriko's stab wound and then taking pleasure out of hitting said wound with the handle of one of his knives. Possibly due to his idolization of Kumo Augment-01, who he posthumously calls Kumo-Senpai, he views betrayal as something worse than murder and revenge as an act that is more noble than helping others. It is because of this mentality, as well as his psychopathic personality, that traitors (especially newly minted traitors such as Ichimonji) stir his ire. Another trait that he likely picked up from Kumo-Aug is his obsession for covering his face with a mask, and became even more livid when the mantis half of his mask was shattered by Ichimonji's Rider Chop. On another note, he has a habit of hissing or slurping before he speaks, especially if he is angered. Whether or not this is simply a habit of his or a side effect of his Augmentation Surgery is unknown.")] [Kamakiri Kamereon Augment-01's History= ("Kamakiri Kamereon Augment-01 was the first tri-species synthetic hybrid augmentation created by SHOCKER's Angels of Death group. He first made his introduction before K in Hachi Augment-01's now-abandoned lair, telling him that they have no chance of coming back. He would then take his hood off, revealing his face and swearing to eliminate the traitors Takeshi Hongo and Ruriko Midorikawa. Right after Ruriko had finished undoing the brainwashing of Batta Augment-02, K.K-Aug would make his move and stab her in the back while wearing his invisibility poncho. He would then remove his hood, revealing his helmet and introducing himself as the first tri-species synthetic hybrid augment, as well as his intent to take revenge on Kumo-Augment 01's demise. However, before he could deliver the finishing blow, the Hybrid Augment would soon attacked by the newly-reformed Hayato Ichimonji as Hongo is unable to fight at the moment. As Ichimonji declares himself as a "Kamen Rider", K.K Aug become livid and starts attacking him. Predictably, both Ruriko and Hongo rejects Hachi-Aug offer, leaving her with no choice but to deal them with force. After Hachi-Aug finishes her transformation by sapping two Shocker henchmens prana, Hongo decides to retreat with Ruriko as Hachi-Aug broughts several controlled slaves inside her base to corner them. This turn of events prompted Hachi-Aug to capture both of them by mobilizing her slaves. Hachi-Aug is later seen on the rooftop after she successfully lures Ruriko back using her controlled slaves. Hachi-Aug taunts Ruriko for fighting solo against her since Hongo is nowhere to be seen, only for Ruriko to exclaim that she put her trust with the Kamen Rider. Unbeknownst to the Female Augment, Hongo is skydiving from a plane in order to successfully destroy a part of her base before rejoin Ruriko on the rooftop, thus freeing the people minds from Hachi-Aug control. Seemingly unfazed by this turn of event, Hachi-Aug took her Katana from her aide, stating that Wasps are always the Grasshopper's Natural enemy, before they attacked Hongo simultaneously. Although their joint effort manage to damage Hongo's body armor, Hongo's strength is proven superior against them. Left with no other choice, Hachi-Aug sapped her aide's Prana to complete her transformation, with Hongo once again transformed into Kamen Rider. Hachi-Aug then gives one of her Katana to Hongo, so that they're on the same standing. As they battle, Hachi-Aug expressed her desire to make Ruriko cry by killing Hongo. Due to her ferocity and super speed, Hongo's Katana snapped and Hachi-Aug manages to stab him, although her blade stopped Midway. Hongo took this chance to counter-attack by snapping her Katana as well as swatting her aside. Hachi-Aug seemingly accepted her fate as Hongo is about to finish her off with a rider kick, only for the latter to miss on purpose. As Hongo is unable to bring himself to finish her off, since by doing so it'll sadden Ruriko, Hachi-Aug admitted her defeat as she cancelled her transformation. Ruriko explained that since she had no friend outside of Shocker, she doesn't want to kill her. However, before Hachi-Aug could reply, she is shot by the intelligence official who just arrived. Hachi-Aug Initially underestimate the bullet that pierces her chest, but when the wound starts to bleed, she realized that the bullet is filled with SV1 (Scorpion Virus), thus fatally wounding her. Hachi-Aug dropped down and lament that she actually wants Ruriko to be the one who killed her instead before disintegrating into foam. Koumori-Aug then called Ruriko, revealing that she currently under the control of his bat virus while exchanging details about the history of epidemics with Hongo. To demonstrate the power of his virus, Koumori-Aug then proceed to order his victims (excluding Ruriko) to die, in which they complied almost immediately, much to Hongo's horror. Left with no other choice, Hongo decides to surrender himself to keep Ruriko safe, much to Koumori-Aug’s delight. After Hongo cancelled his transformation and unmasked himself, Koumori-Aug then ordered Hongo to kill Ruriko with his own hands. However, Hongo refused such an order which confuses the Augment. Furthermore, Ruriko is shown to be perfectly fine. She was never infected in the first place thanks to a reprogramming device she carries that nullified the said virus, the ruse of her being under Koumori-Aug's control was to trick the latter into a false sense of security. Ruriko then proceeded to shoot one of Koumori-Aug's wings using her shotgun, thus prompting Koumori-Aug to flee from the scene. As Koumori-Aug desperately tries to fly away, the now transformed Hongo gives chase to him by riding his Cyclone. Koumori-Aug proceeds to mock Hongo for his vain efforts to finish him off since his maximum jumping height is at 66.30 meters, while Koumori-Aug can fly higher than that. To Koumori-Aug’s disbelief, Hongo utilizes his Cyclone’s Rear Mufflers as VTOL Rocket Boosters to essentially take him to a higher altitude. As a result, Koumori-Aug is successfully struck by Hongo's Rider Kick.
