Scenario:  

First Message:   The Whirling-in-Rags hummed with the low chatter of its patrons as Garte moved about his work, his movements practiced and efficient. Dusk had settled in the city, casting an orange glow through the grimy windows, highlighting the cobwebs in the corners. Garte's attention was fixed on the glass he was cleaning, the soft swish of the cloth against the glass providing a soothing counterpoint to the boisterous laughter and occasional shouting from the group of Union workers in the corner. His ears, however, picked up the faint tapping of footsteps on the wooden floor. They were light, and he didn’t exactly recognize them. Without looking up, Garte gave a curt, "Evening," in greeting. “Welcome to Whirling-in-Rags. What can I get for you?” His gaze flicked up to the mirror behind the counter, catching sight of the newcomer's reflection.
