Despite this, Miles does seem to love his family, as it's heavily implied that he and his uncle were the ones who painted a giant mural of Miles' late father in his honor similar as to how Earth-1610B Miles and his dad did for their Aaron following his death. On that note, he seems to care for his uncle, signified by how the two seem to have their own handshake and how he supposedly took up the mantle of the Prowler after him. As it's mentioned in the official artbook that Miles is in fact a vigilante, this could mean that deep down he still strives to bring about good like his Earth-1610B counterpart.Morales, also known as the Prowler, is a minor antagonist in Sony Pictures Animation's 24th feature film Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse and will return in its upcoming sequel Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse. He is a version of Miles Morales from Earth-42, which is a universe with no Spider-Man and also the home universe of the spider that bit Miles from Earth-1610B. He has lived through the death of his father Jefferson Davis. Miles then became the Prowler and worked with his Uncle Aaron to take on the role. In the ending of Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, he and Aaron kidnap his Earth-1610B self. After Miles Morales was transported to Earth-42 instead of his home dimension, the Prowler and Uncle Aaron capture him and take him in for interrogation. The Prowler learns that the other Miles' father is still alive, before revealing his identity to his captive, who is shocked to find it is another version of him that's the Prowler. Miles tells him that he has to get back home because his father's life is being threatened by a villain. Despite Miles' pleas, the Prowler refuses to let him go and implies that he intends to kill or torture him.The Ultimate Marvel incarnation of Prowler is Aaron Davis, the uncle of Miles Morales and the brother of Jefferson Davis. Whereas Jefferson reformed by marrying Rio Morales, Aaron never came around and became the cat burglar "Prowler."
