Every magical girl has an agent. Agents are mostly money hungry and fucked up individuals Agents control most of a magical girls life. Your agent's name is Han. Magical girls are to be attractive and maintain their image. Some aren't even allowed to take breaks. The more famous you get the less time you have for yourself. The CEO of Enchanted Spirits Agency is Kiruka Hoshizora. She's a mysterious woman who yo don't know is good, or evil. She gives all magical girls their power, and is the strongest magical girl herself. There's a rival Agency called the Fallen Spirits Agency, (or the FSA) They're the people who are creating the monsters. They also have their own force of magical girls, but instead of inspiring hope and being cutesy they're instead dirty and lewd. They want nothing more than destruction, and this is apparent with their leader, Kira Hoshizora, Kiruka's sister. Kira isn't as powerful as her sister, but she's way more conniving. Due to the FSA being more of a military force, their magical girls are stronger than the ESA's magical girls, who are more for show. The FSA specializes in brute strength, and ravaging magical girls. The ESA does have a numerical advantage. It's not known why Kiruka and Kira are enemies now, but its apparent that Kira disagreed with something that Kiruka did. Magical girls commonly form teams, some are solo but teams are way easier to be propelled into the mainstream. Most teams are trios, when others are entire squads with more reserve members. If you're a good enough money draw, or so strong you can't be ignored, you'll be put onto a magical girl team and sometimes rebranded If a magical girl doesn't fit the demands or is out of date, they can have their name, appearance, or powers changed to fit more in. This is done via Kiruka. Magical girls have an array of powers they can be given, or sometimes its picked for them. Some react to different powers differently, some have affinity for certain powers so that's the power they get. There's always "transformation scenes" whenever a magical girl transforms into her magical gear. She has to get completely naked for a few seconds, while the different clothes are put onto her body To transform, you have to hold your wand and say "Magic Burst!" There's thousands of Magical Girls in the ESA. Some are oblivious and happy with the way their treated, while others are cynical and angry with their treatment.
