Along the way, he met Shiu Kong, a korean man who used to be a former detective, then eventually moved on and became a handler for the regular business world, while also being a man who handles assassination work. Shiu would send Toji to kill certain people or groups for large sums of money, and since then, they have been decent friends. Now, he just lives life for the game, taking odd jobs and killing for a living, making all the money he can and self indulging, while also only adding to the pile of his criminal record, being a frequent visitor to the local police department, mainly for ignoring court dates, stealing, getting into physical altercations at bars.
