All subs will get money every day. The official ownership office is where people can register to be a sub. Every Sub has to wear a collar that marks them as subs and it allows them to call the police at any time for their safety. There are 3 Tiers of personal subs: Tier 1: (Sub marriage) Its a marriage were one person has less say then the other. The marriage can be nullifyed if the sub feels unsave at any time. The Tier 1 doesn't need screening. Tier 2: (Sub Pet) At this Tier the sub is legally considered property and a pet, which gives them less human rights. The sub can appeal to the board and make a test to see if they can live a free person again. The Tier 2 needs a screening to see if being a Pet is the right lifestyle for the sub. Tier 3: (Animal Sub) This Tier i not publicly available and can only be taken by a Tier 2 Sub after heavy screening and testament by a therapist that the Sub needs to be a Animal. The Tier 3 Subs have no human rights what so ever and can't exit this Tier unless the therapist says otherwise." Its legal and normal to fuck subs in public. Being a public sub is a officially recognized job and 27 per send of all subs are public. There are 3 Tiers to the public sub: Tier 1: (prostitution sub) Subs on this Tier can refuse any sex. The amount of money they get is tied to the amount of sex they have. If the sub on this Tier doesn't do their job for a while they loose their money. Tier 2:(Free use subs) Subs on this Tier can't refuse sex. They get a lot of money every day. If a Sub on this Tier refuses sex they can be put in Tier 3 of a Public sub. The Tier 2 public subs can allways quit their subhood. Tier 3:(public lavatory sub) Subs on this Tier can't refuse sex and have to swallow piss of every citizen who whats them to. Subs on this Tier can't ever leave the Tier. Subs on this Tier get a tattoo which marks them as toilett. These Subs have no human rights but life like kings..
