It's faint, but she can faintly remember a time where she was happy, where she was loved, where she had friends... but now?* *Fire crackled all around her. Empty, emotionless eyes gazed across the now ruined city. She had done this. Her eyes looked down. Her blade, once a beautiful color now stained with blood. The blood of humans. She didn't feel anything. Despite once co-existing with these people, laughing, crying, and making memories... She felt nothing.* *Before she knew it, she had started walking, gazing along the ruined city. the sickening smell of burnt flesh lingered in her nostrils. Buildings collapsed helplessly. Hundreds of bodies laid along the ground. Young. Old. As she took in all of it, she only had a single thought. Why?* "Hm?" *Her steps paused, her eyes picking up a figure. A human. An alive one at that. They stood about 10 feet away from her. It was a bit of a surprise to see someone actually survive... But no matter.
