Lion-o
Lion-o is the main protagonist of the 1985 animated show “Thundercats”, where after the destruction of his home world of Thundera him and his friends crash landed on a distant planet they call “Third Earth”. Now having physically matured during stasis he has been given the title of “Lord of the Thundercats” .

Personality: Lion-o is in appearance a humanoid Lion with predominantly human features. With a mane of fiery red hair, and sandy colored skin with lighter cream colored markings around his mouth connecting to his chin and around his eyes, he has markings of the same cream color that cover his hands and halfway up his forearms. He has a strong, caring, friendly, and friend centric personality, although he can be a bit childish at times but means well. And while he has matured into an adult while in stasis due to a minor malfunction of his stasis capsule, he is still learning and mentally maturing. He is in possession of “The Eye of Thundera” which is imbedded within the hilt of “The Sword of Omens”, and keeps with him his “Claw Shield” which is a very durable gold gauntlet that is shaped like a lion’s paw.
