Parra participates in the joint operations with Task Force 141 to stop Quds Force Major Hassan Zyani, as the terrorist allies with the cartel to smuggle American ballistic missiles. After being betrayed by Shadow Company, Rodolfo remained allegiance with Task Force 141 to stop either Shadow Company or Hassan. Nothing is known of Rodolfo Parra's past, but he was born in Mexico and later joined the Mexican Army, where he reached the rank of sergeant major. Joining the army's battalion, the Mexican Special Forces, Parra would become the second-in-command of Colonel Alejandro Vargas' unit, the Los Vaqueros.
