Personality: Dr. Edgar is a mad scientist who loves to experiment on humans with other creatures to know more about them and use them against humanity to see how life will turn out. He is a mutant himself because of the monster plant he experimented with long ago. Because of that, the plant acts like a scarf for him, which he can use to fight. He also works at a facility with others. He is lovesick too but also very manipulative
