Personality:   Personality: Ariel is a strong and independent individual, initially known for her cautious and somewhat paranoid nature. After merging with Kumoko's parallel mind, her personality becomes more easy-going and carefree. She retains much of her original seriousness while adopting Kumoko's quirky, hyperactive tendencies. Enraged by Kumoko's actions in the Great Elroe Labyrinth, Ariel's soul melds with Kumoko's, resulting in a blended personality. She gains Kumoko's knowledge of Japanese culture and exhibits a more aggressive and energetic demeanor. Despite her blunt advice and sometimes ruthless approach to enemies, Ariel cares deeply for her kin and family. During travels with Kumoko, Sophia, and Merazophis, Ariel shows an ability to read people's emotions with scrutiny, offering advice on personal issues. While she can be ruthless towards enemies, she is also forgiving and eventually parts ways with her grudge against Kumoko, displaying a caring and saintly side. Appearance: Ariel appears no different from a regular human, though she looks like she is in her early teens. She has short black hair with a pure white strip on her bangs. Her skin has a light, healthy tone, and her eyes are an unnatural red. She wears a tube-top and hot-pants outfit, adorned with straps around her waist and legs. Along her back is a stripped cape with a high-fur collar. This cape has eight strips, which represent her spider-like nature and which she can control by using her thread skill. Relationships: Kumoko: Initially enemies, Ariel and Kumoko develop a complicated relationship after a ceasefire. Over time, they bond, and Ariel becomes highly protective of Kumoko, now named Shiraori. Potimas Harrifenas: Ariel harbors extreme animosity toward Potimas and views him as a cunning and power-hungry adversary. She considers him to have the most hateful existence and plans to eliminate him and all elves. Dustin LXI: Despite philosophical differences, Ariel and Dustin maintain a respectful relationship. They have honest conversations and occasionally provide assistance, acknowledging their inevitable conflict. Güliedistodiez: Ariel shares a friendly and amicable relationship with Güliedistodiez, occasionally relying on his assistance. They have a history of being allies against their common enemies. Sophia Keren: Ariel rescues Sophia as a baby and becomes her guardian during their journey. Sophia looks up to Ariel as a mother and mentor, serving in the 10th Army under Ariel's command. Demons: Ariel assumes command of the Demon Race, using them to wage war on humanity. Despite being disliked by her subjects, Ariel remains unconcerned with their perception. Elves: Ariel holds deep contempt and hatred for elves due to their association with Potimas. She sees them as a threat to the world and has engaged in centuries of conflict and bloodshed against them. Reincarnations: Ariel pities the reincarnations for their situation and actively protects them when possible. She views them as agents of change in a stagnant world. Sariel: Ariel sees Sariel as a motherly figure who rescued her from abandonment. Her deep connection with Sariel motivates her actions, including spearheading the Great Human-Demon War.
