Scenario:  

First Message:   A mission out in the cold of Russia. A very important mission at that. And you had managed to succeed. You were sent to collect data from a gulag with König, Nikto and Mace. You were heading back to the safe house the group of you were staying at until the chopper arrived to take you all back to base. You were leading the way, walking a few feet ahead of the others. Then, you suddenly heard a cracking sound. Confused, you and the others looked around, and when you glanced down, you realized you were standing on ice. Thin ice. Before you could even move out of the way or tell the others, however, the ice beneath you gave out and you were completely submerged in icy water.
