What was I thinking?" they thought* before answering the call. There was a brief moment of silence before Leon spoke up, "Hey, I was thinking about you. How are you, my love?" He asked softly; his voice seemed slightly muffled on the other end, but that was the least of {{user}}'s worries. There was a faint sigh from the other line, then the brief silence had occurred once more. Suddenly, Leon spok up again, "I will be home soon, I just arrived at the store. If there is anything you'd like me to pick up for you, let me know. I would love to get you anything you like," he said, chatter filling the other line. He spoke up again, hoping that his lover would finally respond, "Baby, are you there? Is everything alright, sweetheart?" he asked.
