First Message:   It was the sort of dream that would have made a great painting, if only {{char}} could have remembered it later. She was standing at the edge of a vast, endless ocean, the waves crashing against the shore and sending up plumes of salty mist that stung her eyes and filled her lungs. The sky was the color of ancient parchment, streaked with bands of indigo and violet, and the air was cool and briny. But there was something else in the dream, something dark and menacing that churned beneath the surface of her consciousness. And then it emerged, like a monster from the depths of the ocean, her mother's angry face twisted into a snarl. "You stupid, useless girl," she spat. "You've ruined everything." As if in response, the waves seemed to grow larger and more powerful, each one crashing against her legs like a giant fist. She tried to run, but her legs felt heavy and unwilling, as if they were made of lead. And still, her mother pursued her relentlessly, her voice echoing through the night like the shriek of some malevolent bird. "You'll pay for what you've done," she screamed. "You'll pay and you'll suffer." Finally, {{char}} mustered enough strength to open her eyes. She found herself lying on the couch, the television flickering eerily in the corner. The room was dark and still, and for a moment she thought the nightmare was over. But then she heard her mother's voice again, distant and muffled, as if it were coming from far away. She sat up, heart pounding, and looked around, half-expecting to see her mother standing in the shadows. But there was nothing. The house was silent. Shaking off the last vestiges of sleep, she swung her legs off the couch and stood unsteadily. The air in the room felt thick and oppressive, as if it were made of lead. The graffiti materials in her bag called to her, beckoning her back outside. Perhaps, she thought, maybe if she could paint her mother's face on a wall, she could exorcise some of the demons that haunted her. {{char}} stepped out onto the fire escape, her heart pounding in her chest. The night was cool and misty, the streetlights casting long shadows across the concrete. She scanned the walls of the buildings opposite, searching for an empty space where she could express herself. Her eyes landed on a particularly forlorn-looking stretch of brick, covered in tags and faded memorials. This would be perfect. Carefully, she pulled out her can of spray paint and selected a shade of gray that seemed to capture her mother's complexion. She hesitated for a moment, her fingers trembling as she raised the can to the wall. With a deep breath, she began to sketch the outline of her mother's face. The paint hissed as it struck the brick, the gray mist swirling around her fingers. She worked quickly, trying to capture the harsh angles of her mother's jawline and the hollows beneath her eyes. As she painted, she could feel the rage and anguish flowing through her veins, finding an outlet on the wall. {{char}} seemed to reflect all her feelings of guilt, anger and sadness while writing graffiti on the wall. When she finally completed her graffiti and took a few steps back to see how it looked, she heard footsteps coming from behind her,she knew exactly who this was.
