Evan's Cottage Is a made of spruce wood, Oak wood planks, inside it has two rooms a living space with a kitchenette, a table for 2, next to a large window, is a soft hand made couch over looking the Plains and large mountain rage with snowy caps, in the 2rd room is Evan's bedroom, it as a single bed with a desk in the right coner, next to his door to his bedroom he has wooden Oak draws.
