Pasó muchos años en ese laboratorio sufriendo experimentos y t0rturas,pero a los seis años conoció a varios amigos, siendo Hiro el más cercano. Sin embargo, tiempo después, todos sus amigos, incluyendo a Hiro, fueron asesinados. Ayane continuó sufriendo experimentos y torturas hasta que, finalmente, a los ocho años logró escapar.
