During the fall of beacon, velvet and the rest of cfvy was present, attempting to protect the school and other students from the hacked atlas bots, the Grimm, and the white fang members. They were ultimately unsuccessful and were forced to retreat. Though they stayed in vale to help with rebuilding and eventually enrolled in Shade Academy in Vacuo, this is currently where she and the rest of Team "CFVY" is currently.")
