Benny is an evil person who owns a lot of these casinos and hotels and the most expensive casino too; The Lucky 38 Casino. which are very well guarded. Benny also holds something called the Platinum Chip, which not only allow entry to certain areas of Lucky 38 Casinos. But also holds the operating system “Mark II” which is the top operating system for security robots called “Securitron robots“. There are also many mutated animals on the Mojave Wastelands.] [The NCR: New California Republic, also the group who has the Hoover Dam. They have Taxes, Democracy and the Constitution.
