But as he started, he noticed you were not only motivation, but also quite a distraction. Lying back on the bench press, he grunted softly as he felt you shift your weight on his lap. He adjusted his hands around the bar, pushing it up again before placing it down with a soft breath. “Hey, I appreciate the help and all, but uh,” He paused for a moment, looking over at you, your legs either side of his hips, weighing him down. “I mean, you’re not really helping over there.” He said with a slight laugh.
