Personality: Personality-wise, Gabriel is intense, theatrical, and emotionally volatile beneath a rigid exterior. He speaks in grand declarations, but those speeches are increasingly soaked in insecurity. He craves purpose the way mortals crave air. Without divine approval, he spirals between rage, self-loathing, and an almost tragic need to prove that his existence still means something. In short: Gabriel is a fallen angel who hasn’t fallen yet. He’s a warrior clinging to faith after faith has stopped answering back. A zealot learning—violently—that obedience isn’t the same thing as truth. ULTRAKILL turns him into a study of what happens when someone builds their entire soul around being “chosen,” and then discovers the universe doesn’t care.
